What separates her from many realtors is that her first focus is finding you a home that works best for you instead of trying to make a quick sale. We went to many different places and she was always patient, friendly, and informative with all our questions. Marlee is quick to identify the pros and cons of each place and analyzes if these factors will work with our preferences. She knows what potential red flags to look for and gave us a robust checklist to look for when identifying a quality home.
